Introducing, horse dick! Or more specifically, a demo with a 2D horse cock dildo.

I already went into what the game is in the game’s description. For this devlog, I’m going to focus on my motivation, why I made the decisions I did and what this demo could lead to in the future.

The motivation

First, I love erotic games, for the same reason other people love fps games. They allow the player to escape to a safe environment. And although I’m not attracted to horses, I love the idea of a giant dick that can be played with. And if that was it, the demo would have ended here. Playable, but unpublished.

If I publish anything, it is because I believe it can help someone. In this case, I am targeting 2 broad groups of people. Those who love dicks, and those who love big (horse) dicks!

I also want to test a game mechanic for similar, future games. More on that soon.

Decisions

I made a lot of very strange decisions with this game. For anyone curious, here is a short Q&A!

Q: Why involve horses (and donkeys)?

A: Horses are relatively big compared to humans and a lot of people have seen a horse. It is easy to get an idea of the scale.

Q: Why add hats, don’t they get in the way?

A: Comedy is a great ice breaker. I don’t want people to feel uncomfortable playing this. I want them to have a fun time. The hats are entirely cosmetic.

Q: How does it work?

A: The dick is based on a bones system. The same way a 3D character is animated to move around. Each segment has its own bone which is rotated based on its position along the shaft. If you take a closer look, you might see the edges where it pivots.

The first idea I had that lead to this demo. You get to move around a room with your girlfriend or boyfriend and can click and drag to move everything, including your date.

Essentially, a physics dating game.
